- Click "Book Now" when you've found the ideal home (this step won't finalize your booking).
- Review and agree to the home's rules.
- Fill in your contact details to proceed.
- Confirm your phone number by entering the code received via SMS or log into your AvantStay account with your password.
- Decide if you want to purchase travel insurance.
- Enter your billing information securely.
- Click "Confirm and Pay" to book your reservation.

Avantstay Return Policy?
The return policy of AvantStay is as follows:

- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking can receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 21 days before check-in.
- California Properties Only: Reservations made for AvantStay properties exclusively within California can receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided that the reservation was confirmed at least 3 days before check-in.
- Receive a full refund if canceled 60 days or more before check-in.
- Receive a 50% refund if canceled 21-59 days before check-in.
- Cancellations less than 21 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Guest for AvantStay properties located in Key West, FL with a minimum stay of twenty-eight (28) nights booked directly on AvantStay.com:
- Receive a full refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 90 days or more before check-in.
- Receive a 50% refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 60-89 days before check-in.
- Bookings made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- If you reserve a Property through an OTA, that OTA’s cancellation policy will govern.
- Cancellation By AvantStay: If for any reason the Accommodation you booked is unavailable, AvantStay may substitute a comparable unit or allow Guest to cancel and receive a full refund.
