Confirm your phone number by entering the code received via SMS or log into your AvantStay account with your password.
Decide if you want to purchase travel insurance.
Enter your billing information securely.
Click "Confirm and Pay" to book your reservation.

Avantstay Return Policy?

The return policy of AvantStay is as follows:

Cancellation policies may vary for each property. See listings for additional details.
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking can receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 21 days before check-in.
California Properties Only: Reservations made for AvantStay properties exclusively within California can receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided that the reservation was confirmed at least 3 days before check-in.
Receive a full refund if canceled 60 days or more before check-in.
Receive a 50% refund if canceled 21-59 days before check-in.
Cancellations less than 21 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Guest for AvantStay properties located in Key West, FL with a minimum stay of twenty-eight (28) nights booked directly on AvantStay.com:
- Receive a full refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 90 days or more before check-in.
- Receive a 50% refund, less the booking fee, if canceled 60-89 days before check-in.
- Bookings made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.
If you reserve a Property through an OTA, that OTA’s cancellation policy will govern.
Cancellation By AvantStay: If for any reason the Accommodation you booked is unavailable, AvantStay may substitute a comparable unit or allow Guest to cancel and receive a full refund.
